Stock. Also, why does it matter? Not sure why you would specifically seek out the 4GB version since the 8GB is so cheap nowadays

Depends on the prices they (the seller) could have gotten from their supplier. Contrary to popular believe, more expensive is not always better and if you see the business behind stores you'll understand that fully.
