hi

im gonna buy this build:

 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor  
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM 97 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER ATX AM4 
Memory: Gigabyte AORUS RGB 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL 16 Memory
Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 4 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive  
Video Card: Gigabyte AORUS RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB Video Card 
Case: Corsair Obsidian 500D RGB SE ATX Mid Tower Case 
Power Supply: Corsair AX 850 W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  
Case Fan: Corsair LL120 RGB White with Lighting Node PRO 63 CFM 120 mm Fans  

 

i have a second gess about the RAM, right now i take Gigabyte AORUS RGB 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL 16 Memory because it sync with the RGB FUSION 2.0 but i know that the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL 18 Memory is better but does it sync with the RGB FUSION 2.0? i want a sync RGB not a mess

If you're willing, you can always overclock the RAM. 

Zen 2 also allows you to alter the "infinity fabric" within the chip to sync better with almost any RAM speed.

Linus has an interesting video on the subject. Anthony was able to attain almost equal FPS on 2133 RAM vs 4000 RAM by messing with the infinity fabric.

Either way, I'm pretty sure that the Vengeance series will sync with Fusion. It's pretty standard RGB protocol.

i dont know how to OC ram so i want somthing to enjoy bouth world

Corsair claims on their website to be compatible with Aura, MysticLight and Fusion. I can't speak to the tenacity of the claims.

 

Though I've heard that iCUE is compatible with pretty much everything. So you could always go 3rd party if it doesn't work out for whatever reason.
