Does the Asus TUF B450-PRO GAMING go with the Sharkoon TG4?

I just saw a video about aRGB then suddenly he talked about different pins and headers. From what I understand is that the normal RGB Leds use a 12V header and the aRGB apparently a 5V header. I'm still new to this RGB business. Now is my question: does this mean that the Asus TUF B450-PRO GAMING motherboard isn't compatible with the Sharkoon TG4 case?
