How long does it take to hear back from the merch store when you email them?

I ordered a Swacket like the day it came out, but it's too small so I was hoping to get it quickly exchanged for a larger size (can't anymore for the foreseeable future because they're sold out now). I emailed them on the 22nd and haven't heard back at all? Is this normal? 

 

I have been wanting this jacket since it first popped up in their videos and now I'm kind of pissed off that it's just sitting there in the box waiting to be returned.
