Any real difference between these memory kits?

The difference is the tested CAS Latency, with the Apple one being slower. 

 

Also not likely to be noticed.

I'm looking to upgrade my Macbook Pros memory and Ive found a lot of memory kits, including Apple branded ones. I was just wondering what the difference was between these 3 memory kits is? I can see a few small differences in the specifications, could anyone maybe explain to me what these differences actually mean or just tell me whether or not they would be noticeable (I'm assuming they're not on the system I'm running, would they be on a higher end system though?).

The Vengeance is DDR3, not DDR3L.

 

The first two are very similar. I'd go with the Apple memory myself, since it's $5 cheaper.
