So I decided to upgrade my pc after years and it is simply not working and I don't know what's wrong with it.

After everything is in place, I press the power button, the motherboard lights up and that's it. Screen never wakes up, keyboard and mouse don't work, I get no sound errors, just absolute nothingness.

Specs:

CPU Ryzen 5 3600 (NEW)
Motherboard ASUS Prime b450m-a (NEW)
2x 8gb DDR4 Hyperx Predator 3000MHz RAM (NEW)

Corsair tx650W Power Supply (already owned)
GTX 1060 6gb (already owned)
1tb HDD (already owned)
256mb Sata SSD (already owned)

I thought I wouldn't have any problems with CPU and Motherboard but now I'm in the dark and really need help.

That motherboard doesn't support ryzen 3000 series without bios update. You have 2 options 1. get amd loan kit or whatever it is called 2. get 1. or 2. gen cpu and upgrade bios to latest

Good thing that I decided to buy everything on a friday and every store near me is closed on a saturday. I'll try that and reply when I can. Thank you.
