you may need to take a close look at the motherboard itself or the cpu to make sure everything is ok and even the memory as well. the hard drives might be causing an issue itself. look into an ssd and check your cables. if anything of the system itself looks messed up or not as it seems it should double check by using a monitor to see if you get video. another thing is what cooler and thermal paste are you using also have you read any reviews on the motherboard memory or video card? sometimes those can give you clues as to what to look out for. another way to see if there would be a problem is if you had an extra motherboard on hand maybe a different brand or model am4 board. there are ways to check your thermals as well once you get into bios it can give you the temps of the system and cpu itself.

Unfortunately i don't have any other mobos. This is my first build ever. I've also checked many reviews of everything before i bought them. At first i thought that the problem was the CPU cooler bcs i hadn't screwed it well enough. But now i made sure that it's okay( provided equal pressure on every side). Nothing changed at all. Then i checked if all the cables are connected to the motherboard , pushed them more inside, but nothing changed either. Now I'm thinking that the CPU may be causing this problem cuz the pc shuts down at the first 20-30 seconds. That probably means that something is getting overheated and the machine shuts down to protect itself. Right?!

There's nothing else that can be that overheated to cause the shut down of the pc..i think. Or I might have broken the CPU bcs when i was applying the CPU Cooler for the first time ,I messed up rly bad. I had only screwed the 3 sides and there was 1 more side that i couldn't screw in.. and i gave up and put it on the mobo thinking it doesn't matter that much .. Want ur opinions :/

I didn't use any thermal paste. I used the AMD's CPU Cooler that  has thermal paste on it from the company. That's another minus bcs when I unscrewed the CPU Cooler to make sure that this time all the 4 sides were screwed, most of the thermal paste had slidedoff. Then I cleaned my CPU with Nail Polish Remover and put the CPU cooler again on it with less thermal paste ofcourse , because most of it had been cleaned by me.

Also should i take off from the case this old HDD i used? Is it damaging my system?

This might be another cause of this problem

But now that I'm thinking about it... It cannot be the CPU. Nothing can overheat that fast.. I mean 10-20 seconds is a short period of time

the problem could be more involved than that. you may need to check the pins on the underside of the cpu to make sure they are not bent or broken. it may also be a motherboard issue bios and vrms aren't always easy to figure out thermal wise nor are they as simple as looking sometimes. jayztwocents had a motherboard which he killed ocing a fx 8300 processor and all and he tried the cpu in another board and it killed that one as well. my best suggestion would be to buy a new mobo and if you can a new cpu to eliminate that issue. also try using thermal grizzly kryonaut its very good for cpu ocing. or some other overclocking thermal paste such as kingpin or gsomething or other I forget the name but its supposed to be really good. thermal wise. anyways the memory might also be an issue or the power supply. a good way to test the power supply is using it on a different mobo. if it does the same thing its either the cpu mobo or power supply usually the video card doesn't cause that. it just shows no video if its not working.  there might be another issue the memory or hard drive iself might be defective or something. but usually mem or storage doesn't cause that. there are good air coolers bu you may want to save some money for them as a cpu and mobo usually take up a huge amount of money. I go with b450 if I can but I may have to rethink that myself my r7 3700x may be dead due to vrms or other issues with the pcie 4.0 standard or the pbo itself not sure.  suffice it to say I am looking into a new setup hopefully in the next few months myself. using ryzen and ddr 4 and ssd and maybe a 5700xt or something it depends. I know I have a good power supply though as its titanium certified. 750 watts though I may need to figure out the nvme drives with ryzen 3000 that was a theory of mine which may have killed the mobo or cpu not sure.

Did your motherboard come with a speaker? If not, you can purchase one and get your beep codes. This one here will do: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16812201032?Description=motherboard speaker&cm_re=motherboard_speaker-_-12-201-032-_-Product
