Which board do I buy?

I'm planning to get a 4790k, I already have 4x4 ddr3 modules and I'm not sure which board supports this processor, is micro ATX and has 4 DIMM slots. Someone help me pls

Why do you want to make a 4790k system in 2019?

and for the motherboard just go on pcpartpicker, if you put the cpu in it will filter all the compatible motherboards

Because I already have 16gigs of ddr3 and Im very tight for money and didn't want to spend extra on ram

You can sell the ram for like 50 and get 16gb of ddr4 for 70, and that would allow you to get a modern platform which will perform better for cheaper

Nobody is gonna buy 4x4 for that much. I bought each module for £8

most mATX boards are 4DIMM boards, just see what you can find used after searching say, Z97 mATX and Z87 mATX.
