So Im Upgrading a Dell Optiplex 780 SFF  To a Core 2 Quad Q9400 Is That Processor Compatible With DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM?

I googled a bit, and found four people who used a q9400 with DDR3, so it should be fine. Do note (but I'm not sure if this is true or even applicable) that I believe that DDR2 and DDR3 don't work at the same time, if that's what you're trying to achieve.
