Can you be more specific to your issue, to your full specs list, what game, if you checked the usage of your hardware during game and so on?

 

There's really no way to help you with this little and vague information provided.

Download MSi Afterburner and go play a game for 10 minutes then take a screenshot of the CPU and GPU usage and temperatures.

 

Also download CPU-z and take SS of all the tabs for us.

 

The i5 9600K is not going to bottleneck a GTX 1060 you should be getting the most out of your GPU in games, so you're running at some sort of issue... it could be because you're running off a HDD alone for both OS and Game it could be a form of bottleneck, if the memory is clocked to 2133mhz it's also going to hinder performance.

 

However given you play a little and performance takes a while to drop down, it is very possible you're thermal throttling somewhere and might have to remount your coolers and such.
