Artic Xtreme IV help

Hey guys, I was attaching the Artic Xtreme IV to my Zotac Twin Fan 2080 Ti, but noticed that the gpu die wasn't making contact with the cooler. It seems like the long screw's nut is blocking the gpu die from making contact. I removed the washers to see if I could get it to do so, but the nuts are still blocking contact. Any help would be appreciated.

Erm, could just use the cooler that came with the card...

sure, but i also imagine it will run even hotter with a cooler that doesn't touch the die /s does Arctics' website list support for the 2080Ti? it could also be because it is an AIB model
