Black circles when my monitor has a gray background

Whenever i have a gray background (steam or youtube dark mode) i see black circles, they are not fully black but a bit transparent.

 

I bought this monitor 4 days ago, it's the MSI Optix MAG271CQR.

 

I think it's heat damage myself since there is a heat wave going over my country right now and the monitor gets pretty hot, bit i can't tell for sure. But if it was shouldn't it also show on all other colors instead of only dark colors?

 

Sorry for the confusing explanation it's weird for myself as well.
