1. Budget & Location

 Budget is $1000 dollars US and in Pennsylvania(willing to go over for more performance as long as not too much more expensive)

2. Aim

The purpose is to be a gaming and video watching(Movies, Blu-ray discs, YouTube) rig and some student work(want as small build as possible preferably mini-Itx.)

3. Monitors

 I plan on one monitor

4. Peripherals

 Need keyboard and monitor and copy of windows 8

5. Why are you upgrading?

I am upgrading because I need something to game on besides a laptop(I currently have an Hp split x2 128gb ssd)

 

PS I want wifi and bluetooth because i have a PS4 controller i want to use with it and also because i will put it in my room away from the router in my house(see bio if need to know why)
