A program that prevents applications from minimizing when alt-tabbing?

Go to solution Solved by Fasauceome,

When a game is running in borderless windowed mode, it won't minimize. If a game doesn't offer borderless windowed mode in the settings, try Borderless Gaming

Does anyone know of a program that prevents applications from minimizing while alt-tabbing, and if you click on a second screen. I have a total of 2 screens and when im gaming, whenever I alt tab or click on something on my second screen the application minimizes how would i prevent this from happening to any application.

Multi-monitor software (DisplayFusion, MultiMon, Actual Multiple Monitors etc.) can do this by forcing focus on selected window.
