I want to build a ryzen5 3600 and RX  5700 XT PC. So will it give any bottleneck?  (This will my frist time build)

That is an extremely good price/performance build at this current time.

cant add a 5700xt right now...but it will add 400-420$ I recommend not a blower style cooler.

There will always be a bottleneck somewhere, all we can do is shift it to somewhere that means we are not wasting money on hardware we are not able to utilise.
