Amd drivers

So I bought a new gigabyte rx 570 a week ago.(budget problems bro.. in India everything is costly) 

I downloaded drivers from amd(version 19) it says device not supported.

And then I downloaded drivers from gigabyte (ver 17) and then it worked. Why?

 

This happened with Intel integrated graphics also. Does anybody know why? And also how can I install very 19 drivers on my rx570?
