Cpu usage 100% while playing rainbow six siege

I am experiencing 100$ cpu usage issue while i play Rainbow six siege ... and makes computer unusable when i switch to discord while leaving rainbow six siege on background which kills me from inside...like if i need to chat or need to start stream it will be stuck on desktop screen for 2 mins

Cool story. Might want to post your system specs so we know if your hardware isn't up to par for the game first...
