I have deepcool gammax gt cpu cooler, it currently has one fan however comes with metal brackets to install another fan.

 

 

Should I install another fan (will it improve performance)?

It'll improve cooling performance for sure 

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
