Ram for ML30 Gen9

Just got a ML30 Gen9 but it comes with only 4gb ram, i'm not planing to use it for server related tasks so i tought i might as well add non-ecc ram but looking at the manual replacement parts the list seem very limited... Does it only accept what is listed? Don't wanna risk buying a normal 8gb pc4-19200 one from adata or kingstone just to try so i really hope someone can help me. Unfortunately i can't even get one to test it with...

 

Edit: The thread can be closed as i found out it only accepts ECC rams, which are pretty expensive so i'm better off selling it
