This (Corsair 200mm) fan had been runing slow for a couple of days then i noitced that the blades fell off. Wondering if this happend to any one before.

Instead of just breaking like a normal fan, it feel apart? I'm sure you can RMA.

It was the stock case fan from the 650D so i dont think i can RMA it

Regardless you should contact corsair and see what they can do about it.
