First build, need help!

Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum, and im seeking help as I'm about to build my first PC. I am upgrading from an Alienware Aurora R7 (gtx 1070, i5 8400, 16gb ram) It was a decent pc, but very very hard to further upgrade. I decided to go ahead and sell it, and put it towards this one I'm building. Anyway, I'm from New Jersey, and my budget is $1500-1600ish. I need the PC for mainly streaming and gaming. I'll mostly be playing CSGO, Rainbow 6, and streaming Rust on it. I have a 240hz 1080p monitor, and 60hz 1080p monitor.

I am unsure about the case, so I'll take any recommendations. The PC will sit under my desk and the tempered glass side will probably be facing the wall so anything thats cheaper I'll take. I also found a great open box deal at a local microcenter for the 2070 for only $390, so I'm definitely going with the 2070 on this one. Anyway, I appreciate any suggestions

Do i need the cooler? Won't the ryzen stock cooler be enough?

It will be fine if you don't plan to overclock, so feel free to skip it :) and you can always get it later.

I see. I don't plan on overclocking, but what about the 3700? Will it be good enough to stream games like Rust?

Get a better one later, when you have new Money at hand. Why stress the CPU more than you have to?
