Does Mi Box S support 5.1 audio?

So in the LTT video they say "it lacks 5.1 audio unlike competitors", but their website says otherwise. Other people have claimed it works too, but a couple people are saying it doesn't. Supposably it has to be enabled in settings. So is it "fake" 5.1, or real 5.1?
