Please Help !

I just completed my build & I’m running into an issue with getting onto the internet. My Ethernet cable is plugged into my Gigabyte AORUS Master but my computer is saying it isn’t. I can’t download my drivers with out internet & I know it’s not an internet issue because I’m on it right now.  Any help please would be greatly appreciated!

for x570 aorus master board has 2 ethernet cards, one intel and one realtek 2.5gbps

either of these may not have drivers built into windows 10

From here should I start with the Intel LAN Driver

WLAN+BT is wireless drivers if you care about it

Of course I care about it . This is my first build man , just a learning process.
