When I try to install windows via usb I get an error

When I tried to install windows on my new rig with an usb and I came to the part were I need to choose the hard drive and then there doesn't show a hard drive and it says my computer is missing drivers but I updated my intel chip driver. And I don't know what to do I am working on this since 12 hours straight.

Specs? New parts? Is everything plugged in? Are your drives getting power?

Are you using a DVD or a purchased flash drive? Is it even Windows 10? And yeah, specs too please.

Asus gtx 1060 6gb

MSI z390 gaming edge ac

16 ddr4 ram 3000mhz

SSD 860 evo 500gb

Yeah cpu new and ram and mobo but not ssd and gpu but wenn I get into the drive selection it also says it doesn't find a drive but in my bios it shows that my ssd is connected.

try to get into the troubleshoot part of the windows installation and then to the command line

 

there type: 

diskpart

then 

list volume
list disk

and see what that outputs

It show disk 0 and disk 1 or 2 cant do it right now bc remove the installation from the usb

so the disks are shown there as well?

do

select disk 0
list partition

then if there are any use

clean

see if that does something

yea did that already disk is 465 gb out of 465 free

have you tried a different usb stick and different usb port?

you can also try downloading the win 10 iso and dropping it onto the stick with rufus

they can sometimes bug out on certain slots sticks or a corrupt boot media
