Why a bronze PSU?

does it really matter what rating it is?

Well it's more of a highend rig and for the price that you get bequiet! PSU outside the EU you can easily find a 80+ Gold PSU.

I'm sure I could, but I got it on sale, I like the look of it, and it's got plenty watts to play with :)

I'm kind of a PSU snob tho. I won't build anything without a gold or higher psu. (even a 400€ htpc i build has a 80+ gold PSU :D )

meh as long as it has a 80+ rating and from a reputable brand I don't see a problem :)

You're paying more for nothing though, the only benefit a higher efficiency PSU will get you is energy cost savings and it's been shown time and time again that for most people in most areas, the power savings don't add up to the extra cost of the PSU.

Get the reference. ACX looks so plain for a custom(though EVGA) cooler. Plus it has a green scheme.

You're right, especially in a 350D. Not a great case for silence. When I game, I always have my headset on or my speakers loud.

I'll probably switch between both plus if I'm getting quiet fans I may as well keep up the trend :D
