Cheap Simple Thin Laptop

Looking for suggestions on a laptop for work.  All I will be doing with it is cataloging the places we stop every day with name phone number address and a short description.  We are currently using a 4g tablet but I don't like the form factor and my dad never charges it.  Price point is about $200, can go up if it's something really worth it.

 

A screen of 10-15" I would imagine is a good size because I'll be in a passenger seat trying to enter information and a battery that will last all day with intermittent use would be nice.  OS could be anything but I'm thinking M$

 

Are there any specific models to suggest or are there certain qualities I should be looking for?
