OCCT CPU test errors

I overclocked my 9700k and am trying to then enable the xmp for the rams. After enabling xmp, I'm starting to get errors when running OCCT. After 2-3 min into the test, the number of errors starts climbing steadily every second which I think it's pretty weird. Memtest doesnt seem to produce any errors and running OCCT with xmp disabled and CPU overclocked does not produce errors though.

 

OCCT just produces errors, not bsod or blackscreen
