Ryzen Computer Keeps Softlocking

Hello Peoples of the LTT community, I have recently rebuilt my computer (downsized from ATX to mini ITX for college) and now I have started to have softlock issues. I will be watching youtube, or playing GTAV, or doing nothing at all and one app will freeze. Then when I try to click on chrome for example, it will then also freeze. I can still hear the sounds from a discord call, or music from chrome, but the picture is frozen. Then the softlock spreads to the rest of the apps. I can still bring up task manager but none of the apps close when I try to close them. Lastly, I try to shut down my computer and the button come sup (fromthe start bar) but it doesnt do anything. I am forced to constantly long press my power button to stut down my computer. This softlock can happen 5 hours into the computer being on, or 1 minute into it. It varies drastically. Please help me, I already lost a few important documents I was working on and it really is bad when online gaming!!! THX!!!!

ASUS Strix X470-I (latest BIOS)

RYZEN 1700X @ 3.4GHZ (no OC - 40 degree idle)

Corsair Vengence LPX 16GB DDRy @3000 Mhz

ThermalTake Core V1 Case

EVGA 1070 FTW GPU (base clock)

Blackwidow x1 keyboard

Logitech G602 mouse

3x screens.

Set RAM Frequency manually to 2933Mhz after enabling XMP/DOCP, First Gen Ryzen can't handle 3000+ well
