Building a new PC. I already have an SSD and the power supply is different. It's the MWE Bronze 650 not Gold. I'm asking for second opinions and if there is something that could be tweaked. I live in Estonia so prices may vary. The build costs 985 EUR in my country. Is there something else I should get for the power supply or is the bronze 650 okay for overclocking?

I will also get a Deepcool CF 120 3 in 1 fan pack and phanteks cable extensions.

In terms of pricing in my country the cheapest RX 5700 is 20 EUR more (some Sapphire technology card: https://arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/0/Sapphire-Technology-Graphics-card-Radeon-RX-5700-8GB-GDDR6-256BIT-HDMI-3DP-448548)

What kind of games do you play? Should really upgrade your display, either to 1080p 240hz or 4k 60hz

That's a steal then, the RX 5700 is equal to the RTX 2070, depending on the game.

Aftermarket cards with better coolers launch on august 15th though as well.

He plays stuff like Fortnite and eee Brawlhalla? Not much more.

1080p 144hz would be the way to go then.

And an RX 570/580/590 would be plenty for the GPU, they should be pretty cheap by now. Especially used. Don't really need NAVI unless they're playing GTAV or something and want to crank the settings.

assuming the prices translate.

I'd only go 1440p 21:9 100hz instead of 1440p 144hz.

because it's not much sharper than 1080p 144hz, but at least the ultra wide is more unique.

If you didn't buy the liquid cooling already, why bother with that?

Spend that money on getting a 3600 and either use the stock cooler, or spend maybe 40-50$ on a socket AM4 air cooler.

If you do decide on Ryzen 3600, choose a motherboard that has bios flashback feature ... see the boards with a checkmark on the right side in this document : google docs

msi boards are quite good :
