I have to drain the capacitors every time i want to restart otherwise it gives me a 'cannot see cpu error'..

 

Draining by turning off the powersupply for 5 seconds.

 

Tomahawk max

Cpu: ryzen 7 3700x

 

I have the NEWEST BIOS! 

 

How can i FIX this?

Check CPU power cable, make sure it's all the way in, same for the 24pin.

 

Check the cooler mount is all correct, if it's all good and you still get the error try clearing CMOS, if that doesn't help you may need to check the socket and re-seat the CPU.
