Cache failure?

So i overclocked my cpu and tried to test it with aida64 and as soon as i checked "stress cache" it said this image.png.d666f0243316ef323eed84a838a1644c.png

What can I do about it?

It just means the cache memory is unstable at that high frequency.  It can probably be solved by raising the voltage a bit to that particular part that has the cache memory, but if you're not skilled, just lower the overclocking a bit and test again.

 

It doesn't mean it's a permanent fault, a defect, the message means the software did something and the cache didn't behave as expected, so the software assumes it's unstable due to overclocking.
