S10+ to note 10+

So now I'm using an S10+. Now that the Note 10+ came out and I was thinking if I should trade in the S10+, then I can have a $600 off for the Note 10+ which makes it around $460. Y'all think I should I do it? I mean I don't see the point. However, being a former iPhone user (not the X or Xs) I do miss the width and the square screen that the iPhone offers. Also, the bigger screen is pretty nice. Fast charging is just a cherry on top, nice to have, if not it's ok, S10+ is plenty fast already. The headphone jack isn't a big deal since I can just throw my dongle on the cable and forget about it. S pen is a nice touch and sometimes it's really helpful to have but I somewhat am ok without it. The new Dex, Samsung link and the PC connections are what I am looking forward though, idk if they would have an update for the S10+ or not. Being the indecisive person as I am, I'm asking y'all for help with reasons. Thanks in advance.

Honestly now that Samsung has made the A Series line up pretty much a device with all the flag ship bells and whistles at a mid range price, I can't figure out what would drive people to get the S10 other than bragging rights. The camera would probably be nicer on the S10 compared to the A50 for example. But people just take photos on their phones for Snapchat and Instagram anyways. Programs where perfect image quality was never the focus (get it).

I'm using the S10+ already,  I moved from an iPhone so I thought using flagships would be safer (obviously not totally true). And I take pictures with the stock app mostly. Thanks for your advice though.

Just something my co-worker and I were talking about today actually. Because the A50 has an onscreen finger print sensor just like the S10 and a triple lens camera. For around 400 bucks USD, it's pretty good value for a Samsung device.

Nope you can easily get it from Verizon, Sprint, and Amazon. And I lied, it's 350 USD on Samsung's US website.

Personally I don’t think it’s worth it, the note 10 got the most incremental upgrade I’ve seen all year and it’s really not worth it if you already own anything that was made in the last 12 months. Apart from the third camera I don’t see any other features you’re missing out on, leaving out the s pen because unless you know you need it you won’t use it.

Keep the S10+ unless you know you will use the S Pen regularly.

I've just done that very thing. Sold my S10+ and pre-ordered the Note 10+ 5G The way the contract worked, I got the equivalent of £360 back in my hand and the phone for free.

If I get the note 10+ and sell my s10+, I'd have to pay $400USD though. As a student, nah.
