So about a week or two ago I upgraded my graphics card and ram. I upgraded from a 970 to a 2070 and my new ram is Corsair Vengeance 16gb ddr4-3000. Ever since I upgraded I have been getting weird bugs with my cursor. It will occasionally get stuck, and sometimes change colors and increase in size. When I say stuck for example if I hover over a button the cursor changes to the finger pointing, it will stay that way until I hover over another change like to change the size of the window. It won’t revert back to its default state. Sometimes when hovering over a text box it will split in half with the top of the I on the left and the other on the bottom and be red and purple. Other times it will increase in size and be red green and I think blue. I tried searching around and couldn’t find any information, would anyone know what is possibly causing this? I will try to include a pcpartpicker of my entire system if I can edit the post. I’ve included 2 pictures of examples of the cursor change

Yes I still have my old GPU, I’m at work now so I have to wait until the morning to reinstall drivers and test it. I will let you know how it goes. Although I don’t know of a for sure way to replicate the bug

Tried DDU earlier today and just encountered one of the problems I was having again.

Try swapping the cards out, if the other card is good then I'd probably file for an RMA on that 2070
