Mobo: Strix X570-E

CPU: 3900X

RAM: CMK32GX4M2B3200C16

I'm considering buying some Vengeance LPX RAM, but there is no official support anywhere from any of the parties.

I'm wondering if anybody knows whether or not the RAM is compatible with this set-up? In other words, will it run at advertised speeds?

Thanks

It will. You'll have to enable XMP or set the speed manually like every other RAM stick, even the ones on the QVL.

It happens with every modern board. Not personal experience since all my ram sticks are 2400mhz

I was referring more so to your statement that it will indeed run at advertised speeds despite being not officially supported by any of the parties.

i guess maybe some jenky off brand ram might not work but if you buy "name brand" ram it will most likely work and corsair is a name brand ram

I'm kind of concerned because I reached out directly to Corsair, and they told me to beware since it obviously doesn't jive with the QVL lists. I'd like to officially verify this before the 3900Xs get restocked, and my order actually ships, but have been unable to do so thus far.

I have the Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600 16gb kit on my X570 Strix E board. Runs at advertised speeds once I enabled DOCP in bios.

Dunno what alphabet soup the part number is, but it's one of the no-frills kits. Works like a charm.

Ok, cool. I ended up purchasing a kit of Ripjaws V Series 2x16GB because there was a sale, but unfortunately the timings aren't great, 19-20-20-40. Hopefully I don't have any issues. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

They should work. Though i would shop elsewhere if Corsair themselves did not want to guarantee it.

I got G.skill F4-3200C14D-16GTZR for my X570-E Strix and 3900x combo. Works flawlessly.

Motherboard: Asus X570-E
CPU: 3900x 4.3GHZ

Memory: G.skill Trident GTZR 3200mhz cl14

GPU: AMD RX 570

SSD1: Corsair MP510 1TB

SSD2: Samsung MX500 500GB

PSU: Corsair AX860i Platinum

I love the look of those kits, even the RGB in the pictures doesn't look that bad. I don't believe they had any at 3600MHz that were reasonably priced, however, which is why I went with the Ripjaws V Series 3600MHz.
