Okay Boys I realized i made this one too Long so here is the shorter version... ?

 

Budget: ~150€ (~170$)

 

Requirements: - 144hz

                              -full hd

                              - low Response time

                           

                              - prefer new, but would buy used too

                              - price efficient

                              - Idc about the dessign

 

Does anyone have recommendations ?
