Cannot update bios (No image file found)

So.  I am trying to update my bios to support the new Ryzen 3000 CPUs. I have installed the correct bios file from asrock website for the correct motherboard and tried instant flash. The usb is not in a usb 3.0 port and is in 2.0. I have tried with multiple usb sticks and still, no image file found. Help asap please.

unzip the contents of the file you downloaded and copy them directly in a memory stick formatted as fat32

verify if there is a manual on how to do it in asrock site, perhaps they require you to do other stepes

The manual only gives options on how to install recommended bios updates. This is an optional update. It includes no further details.

I believe USB stick has to be in FAT32 format (for MSI boards at least)

@MinkHD

I've had this exact message a little while back... Couldn't figure it out, until I noticed I was trying to update to a Z370 BIOS rather than H370. Asrock's boards all look very, very similar, so do their product pages (I made this mistake even though I've been building PCs for over 10 years...). Could that be what's going on?

I have realised that I was trying to update it to wrong motherboard. I have now changed to the correct motherboard and it is still saying no image found?
