I am looking for a build to utilize an i9 with 2 RTX2080ti  also with some way to monitor the power preferably ASUS ROG equipment.

The best gaming / VR something that will last forever, USA FL and don’t really have a limit for cost.

Without even a rough budget this is nothing more than a fantasy build.

I’d say prob like $7,000 and a way to monitor how much electric it has costed me to run.

How will the system be used?

Why? SLI is pretty much dead and even if you argue it lots of games don't support it. Even the ones that do don't net you twice the performance it's like 30% at best so you're paying $1200 bucks to get a 30% increase.
