Though that is going from a 90 to 140$ case, there may be better options with similar size compatibility, im sure someone else can suggest other options, ill look for a few that can fit it all

edit: corsair carbide 275r is another similarly priced option with 370mm of gpu clearance and support for a 360mm front rad

though with kind of mediocre airflow

I have been looking at the Fractal Meshify S2 and Phantek P600s.

Would I see a difference by changing the Rad to in Intake?

Currently I have a NZXT Phantom 630 with the H150I at the top as an Exhausts and with the 9900K and 2080ti Asus OC it does get a little Toasty.

Intake

     200mm Frount 750RPM on load

     2x 140mm Bottom 1300RPM on load

Exhaust

140mm Rear 750 RPM on load

    360mm  H150I top 1600RPM on load

I am getting around 78c in RealBench 1 Hour Run

Ambient 23c

I personally would use radiators as intake. I recently did a full chart comparison between the Define R6, S2 and P600S and they're quite similar.
