Hello,I have a geforce 940mx and i can push memory clock to 265 MHz, i used nvidia inspector (guru3D.covm). I increased the voltage by 37.5mV. when i ran benchmark and I used sensor monitoring and i found out the graphics is at power limit. Nvidia inspector doesn't have power limit setting. So i used msi afterburner and there I unlocked the voltage and i used the same clocks as nvidia inspector. But I can't unlock the power limit. So I´m asking you how to unlock power limit.

If it doesn't change then that means its locked, it makes sense because after all it is a notebook.

NVIDIA has power limit locked down quite well.

I very much doubt you will find BIOS for 940mx that will allow you to go past the power limit.

You will have to do some soldering to modify the HW to unlock it or shorten the shunt resistors with a liquid metal.

Either way, its not worth it at all for this kind of graphics card. You will see barely any improvement in performance but you will see drastically lower battery life.
