I mean common sense...

If a 2 tb hard drive (as harddrives have probably the best price per gb rate) are more expensive than a flash drive (generally speaking more expensive especially if quality is decent) its almost certainly a scam

Its probably just a “rebranded" 2-8gb usb 2.0 drive

Just go to a physical store and buy one, they're cheap as shit. 64GB for like $10-15.

 

How much room do you need, and obviously a 2TB drive is a scam.  Come on.

Yes, that's obviously a scam. Unfortunately this is rampant on places like eBay and eBay does NOTHING to remove these obvious scams.

 

 

This might also help. It's about MicroSD cards but it's basically the same scam.

h2testw v1.4 is what you're trying to think of. Defaults to German on launch, but there's an option right there to switch to English.
