Anyone know why my bios is doing this

CPU: Ryzen 3700x

Mobo : MSI B450 gaming plus

 

This happens whenever I enter the bios menu, and this is causing everything else to fail, or so I believe. I can't install windows as it crashes on the loading icon. So far I have tried different bios updates, different USB sticks, clearing CMOS. Having no drives attached. Have tried a few other things but can't remember at this point tbh.

Hi,

If you have guarantee send it in. Probably a manufacturing defect.
