Any games for 32bit??

Can you be more specific? Pretty much all but few AAA games are 32bit. Do you mean dual core and 4gb RAM? That would be pretty much everything pre-2012. And some lower spec games after that. But many of the higher end ones will run on low specs if resolution and  graphical detail is limited. So please list your specs.

The original Skyrim. The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Legendary Edition. Not Special Edition.

You can't buy it on steam but you can get it on line and it will install to Steam.
