ram speed and cpu temp

My ram speed is lower than what it should be. I purchased a 3000mhz kit from corsair and its running at 2193mhz. Any way to fix this issue? Also my cpu temp for when its idle its bewteen 40c and 55c, is this normal?

idle its around 40-55. remind that the cpu constantly drawing watt from outlet.

Perhaps that is ram speed that is utilized?

I have no idea re AMD, its been many years since I used AMD but re ram and intel platform the ram you have is probably running at stock ands you may need to increase the ram voltage in bios, I have G.Skills TridentZ purchased as 3600Mhz but at stock bios voltage (1.2v) its runs at 21945778028_RamVoltagespeed.JPG.9be7c69eceb57ea9946706882a6c3405.JPG133, when I push the voltage to (1.36v) I get the 3

The idle temps are just fine! The new Ryzen chips run a littler warmer and have a bit higher voltage, but that's normal for them.

I pretty much get the same exact temps with the 3900x and the same voltages.
