Asus UEFI Bios intermittant freezing. (SOLVED)

Asus Crosshair VIII Hero UEFI Bios is super laggy with both mouse and keyboard. It's like it freezes every 4-5 seconds.

Any ideas?

 

New build btw. Ryzen 3900 CPU

X570 has been out for almost a month now and Asus has released a grand total of 0 bios updates for it.

 

Gigabyte/Auros already have the new AGESA update out for their X570 boards.

 

Asus have also seemingly released the Zen 2 based AGESA update for X370/X470 already while totally ignoring X570.

 

I don't know what's going on here, maybe they're waiting on AMD for something before releasing, maybe they just don't care?

 

The fact the older platforms get the Zen 2 update before the platform designed for Zen 2 kind of takes the piss a little bit though.

So I unplugged all of my USB cables and it now works butter smooth. There was an updated for my Asus mobo.
