Boost Programs?

Hey, are there any programs out there you recommend to make a computer faster? In terms of opening windows, watching videos, reduced lag...And is it good to use USB sticks as extra ram?

I personaly like to use TuneUp Utilities for computer optimization (http://www.tune-up.com/) and as for the ram thing i don't know.

USB =/= RAM; RAM is super fast memory, faster than anything else in your PC in terms of storage for the CPU. USB is slow. RAM can be 500 times faster than a USB.

 

Advanced System Care by iObit is something I use to keep my system clean. They also make a Game booster.

I usually use Ccleaner. Works great for the simple stuff, cleaning temp files, junk files. Good basic registry cleaner too. It isn't a direct "boost" program, but cleaning junk files etc. usually helps a lot from time to time.
