Sending Phone To Orange

I have an Orange San Diego (aka Intel Xolo) and I know that using the manufacturer rom rather than the orange rom voids warranty. Will orange check this? I've replaced the boot logo with the orange one and theres a password on the phone so for all they know, its an orange rom right?
