first time builder

So I've been researching and creating a high end Ryzen 3000 series gaming PC for quite some time now. I needed some advice from experienced builders on incompatibilities (especially with the GPU fitting in the case and with the CPU Cooler fitting on the motherboard according to PCPartPicker) and some other general concerns/improvements I should make. I dont really care about price as long as it's below $2500 (FYI pricing is all in CAD)

Heres the build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($434.50 @ Vuugo)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($34.75 @ Vuugo)

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($259.00 @ Canada Computers)

Memory: G.Skill Trident Neo RGB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600 RAM ($150 @ Newegg Canada)

Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive  ($129.21 @ shopRBC)

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($49.99 @ Newegg Canada)

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Video Card  ($539.99 @ Newegg Canada)

Case: Corsair Obsidian 500D RGB SE ATX Mid Tower Case  ($299.99 @ Canada Computers)

Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($149.99 @ Amazon Canada)

Monitor: MSI Optix MAG241C 23.6" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor  ($289.99 @ Memory Express)

I live in BC. I intend on using Amazon and Newegg Canada for all the parts as I can save on shipping with Amazon. Here's the link https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MW89hy the memory isn't included on that list cause I couldnt find the exact RAM listed on PCPartPicker.

All that stuff is available from other vendors for just a few bucks more.

Provided no one with experience disagrees with me, I understand that if you're not going to overclock just use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU. It's pretty enough.

Gratuitous Comment: EVERY case should come with USB-C ports. It's time and past time. WELL past time.

Or you could just filter it out in the first place... their shipping fees are outrageous even to their home province of Ontario, and they take two weeks to ship half the time...

I always price match anyways. I've never bought a part online, just price matched at some store.

I'd ditch the 212 evo - I'd either spend a bit more to get something a step up or just use the stock one.

I'd also step up the nvme drive a bit to an sx8200 pro if you can squeeze it (~$200 at CC/Newegg/Amazon). It's a beast of a drive for the price.

EDIT: Or the Silicon Power P34A80 - it's a little harder to find and a little slower than the SX8200 Pro, but usually falls around $150

Forgot about the p34A80
