network card being a bum

ever since i swapped out my cpu (troubleshooting a different pc) (I put it back) my network has been cutting off for a few seconds, every 3-5 seconds. As you could imagine, it isn't fun.... I have tried using a different wifi adapter (usb) , and the issue persists. any help? 

sorry ab the red pen, i dont know whats personal info or not

Try on two machines, if the issue persists then it's not the computers, it's your source of service.

Did you happen to drop the CPU when transferring it to a different machine?

Maybe when you put it in the other machine for testing it killed part of the hardware...
