I am having RAM problems

So, I have a kit of 16gb of Trident Z RGB from G skill and it's supposed to run at 3600mhz but it only runs at 2133mhz and whenever I try to change it my pc tries to boot 3 times than goes back to how it was

( not sure if this is important but this is my pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/M2nWV6)

This is probably just me being dumb but if there is anything you can say to help that would be greatly appreciated.

Which RAM slots did you use?

U need to setup the XMP Profile for the ram in the bios to get the correct speed for ram.

Psssst.  Re-read the OP.  I think that's what he is doing.

But you may be right.  He may just be changing the speed.  So on that ASUS board XMP is called DOCP and is probably the first option.
