Hello, I have a MSI z390 gaming pro carbon and my question is if I could install an internal SSD in this mainboard. And if so, how could you recommend me? (500GB)

Are you referring to an M.2 drive that you can insert directly into the motherboard? If so, yes. You have two slots available. As far as a recommendation goes it very well depends on what your budget is. Samsung drives tend to perform the best, especially the 970 Pro's.
